I’ve known for 20 years (both in my personal use and in my work) that your lab work/analyses and reports are top notch. But even your website continues to be one of the absolute best customer interfaces I’ve used. (I also enjoy the newsletters and FB posts when I have the time to read them.)
I was wondering about the status of the initial sample I sent for my wife’s 2026 Honda Odyssey V6. Quick trip to the website, and all the tools I needed to confirm that you received it and that it hasn’t yet been reported (fair enough) were there. Anxiety of USPS losing my sample now vaporized. Past experience tells me I will be getting a thorough report in due time.
